Country Kitchen

We offer unpretentious country cuisine made from the best locally sourced fresh produce. Whether it is coffee from our local barista, meat from the local butcher, or cheese from our local dairy we endeavour to only use artisan produce in our mouth-watering homemade dishes.

Breakfast

Breakfasts are served in the dining area or in the comfort of your room. Feast on a bacon-mushroom-mozzarella omelette or an unforgettable farmhouse breakfast. For the not-so-hungry, a light continental breakfast can also be enjoyed with muesli and yogurt, freshly baked bran muffins, served with fresh cheese and homemade jams sourced from a local farmstall. Refreshing fruit juice, artisan bread, and freshly ground Terbodore coffee will be served with breakfast. Now you will be ready for the activity filled day in the Midlands.

Weekdays: 7:00 - 09:00
Weekends: 07:00 - 11:00

Dinner

In the late afternoon, admire our breathtaking sunset from the patio overlooking the river. While enjoying a soothing sundowner watch the wild geese trying to find a nesting place for the night in the pine forest across the river. Dinner is served!!! Move through to the candle lit dining area where a hearty three course meal will be served. Fresh trout, kassler steaks, chicken pies or pasta dishes are some of the mouth watering options which will be on offer.
